  I love Cassano's. I haven't been to the South Limestone location in years because I live too far away. I'm so happy that they're getting a new building in May. I know that they're happy too. They deserve a nice new building. I know they have a conscientious owner, because they pay attention to the input they receive through Google Maps. 🍕😄🍕😃🍕😊🍕😁🍕😀🍕

  I wish I could give it less than one star. First I find out the call center enters my phone number incorrectly, (how many pizza places have a call center?) I call the call center back they don't know who I am because the phone number was entered incorrectly.The pizza has already been returned to the shop. I was given around $6 off the original price for the snafu. The food is re-delivered, cold. I call the call center back again they still don't know who i am because my phone number was entered incorrectly. I am offered by the call center to have the order to be remade or receive a refund of 25% of the money paid, policy I'm told. How is that good business? I believe they know their product is terrible compared to everything else and if the is a problem it's your fault for giving them a chance. What a joke. Now its 2 hours after my original order time and still no satisfaction. Never again, I'll take my money everywhere else.

  I've had better frozen pizzas - and this one wasn't much warmer - even though I waited at the counter until it came right out of the oven. There is no possible way I could be convinced to order this chain's pizza ever again. Horrible. Without a doubt, this was the worst pizza that I have had in my entire life. It even came with a couple of the tiny, square pieces missing. The pizza - their "Deluxe" - was basically a lukewarm stained cracker with strange ground, gritty toppings; not at all like the pictures online. Very dirty store. Bugs in the lights - and it is February; not to mention the debris and water stains in the lights over the food prep area. The pictures don't do it justice. Sure - they're building a new store - but if the one they have now is neglected and filthy, how long will it take for the new one to become dirty? When I called to place my order, I got a call center. I' not from the area, so when they asked me which Limestone location I wanted, I had no clue - and neither did she. She didn't seemed pleased that I didn't know, and since I was driving, I couldn't do the research for her. I asked if I could call the store directly, but she said no - everything goes through the call center. She put me on an extended hold. Very frustrating. Never again
